Northern Arc planning application submitted

Northern Arc sketchHomes England, the Government’s national housing agency, has submitted an outline planning application to create a new community of approximately 3,500 homes at the Northern Arc in Burgess Hill. 

The proposed scheme includes new homes (30% affordable), employment opportunities, three new schools, health provision, improved pedestrian and cycle connections, sports and leisure opportunities as well as supporting highways infrastructure.
