Northern Arc planning application submitted

Northern Arc sketchHomes England, the Government’s national housing agency, has submitted an outline planning application to create a new community of approximately 3,500 homes at the Northern Arc in Burgess Hill. 

The proposed scheme includes new homes (30% affordable), employment opportunities, three new schools, health provision, improved pedestrian and cycle connections, sports and leisure opportunities as well as supporting highways infrastructure.

You can view the planning application online now by using the reference DM/18/5114. If you would like to comment on the application you can do so online or in writing to:
