Our Wellbeing is helping local people to improve their health

I CAN logoIn Mid Sussex, our Wellbeing team is here to help local people stay healthy and feel great.

If you have any concerns about your health then our trained wellbeing advisors are always available to talk with you and offer practical, straightforward advice.

Wellbeing Advisors can provide advice and support on a range of health issues including losing weight, eating well, becoming more active, giving up smoking, cutting down on drinking and managing stress. They understand that it can be difficult to make a healthy lifestyle change but also that small adjustments to your daily routine can make a big difference to your overall wellbeing.

The Mid Sussex Wellbeing Team provides support services in convenient locations within the community and offer a relaxed and informal way for you to talk about your health and how it could be improved. They are also experts on the services provided by support organisations and can put you in touch with local groups that can help you to improve your health and wellbeing.

We're offering you the chance to win one of three £50 Marks and Spencer vouchers by registering with our self-service Revenues and Benefits website before the end of February.

Posting Council Tax bills and letters by standard mail is costly, wasteful and bad for the environment. You can help us to be greener and more efficient by entering this free prize draw and accessing your Council Tax and Benefits information digitally.

Our self-service website is a quick and easy way to keep track of all your Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates transactions. The system is completely free and is incredibly convenient because you can check your information at anytime, wherever you are, on your computer, on your smartphone or on your tablet.

To register you just need your reference number, which can be found on any bill or correspondence from our Revenues and Benefits team. Then just head to and create your account.

To ensure your data is kept securely we will no longer be sending Council Tax and Business Rates account information via email. However, customers will be able to view their information online by registering for the secure self-service website.
