Our 12 week Weight Off Workshops encourage and support you to develop a healthier way of eating and increase your activity levels.
The Mid Sussex Wellbeing team has trained advisers who can work with you to make the changes you need to set yourself on the path you want to be on. The course will help you to build confidence, make positive food choices, engage in more activity and work towards a sustainable weight loss.
The course focuses on motivation and helping you to make changes to your behaviour, so when you lose weight it stays off for good. Expert nutritionists cover topics such as portion sizes, sugars, food labels and the psychological triggers for eating.
