Shop Local and Support Mid Sussex

Pop to the ShopsPop to the Shops is our latest campaign, funded by the Government’s Welcome Back Fund, to encourage residents to support our local shops with a clear message that this is good for our community, our economy and the planet.

Before the Coronavirus pandemic around £1 in every £5 was spent online, now that is £3 in every £5. Despite this research from PwC has shown that two thirds of people will try to support local businesses and buy locally going forward. This campaign aims to remind everyone what a valuable place shops and traders have in our local community.

We've also started working with ShopAppy to help traders promote their businesses. ShopAppy is FREE for Mid Sussex traders to join for 12 months.

Businesses who would like to find out more and sign up to the free 12-month ShopAppy Mid Sussex promotion can contact Jane Stewart at shoplocal@shopappy.com or call her on 07770 655 302.
