Burgess Hill Place and Connectivity pathways now open

Over the summer residents in Burgess Hill have been making the most of over six miles of safe, direct and attractive walking and cycling routes that have been created as part of the Place and Connectivity programme.

The pathways connect key facilities throughout the town, including both train stations, parks and open spaces, the town centre and key employment areas like the Victoria Business Centre.

Routes are now being used as intended and are designed to cater for all needs, so it doesn't matter if you're a dog walker or are mobility impaired, an equestrian or cyclist, the routes will be suitable for you.

By providing healthy, sustainable travel options we can protect our beautiful environment and reduce congestion by offering people alternative travel options to using a car.
